# Account restrictions: what you need to know

> Understand why your account may be restricted and how to resolve it.

At Roxom, your security is our top priority. To maintain a safe and compliant trading environment, we occasionally need to verify account activity. When this happens, we may temporarily restrict your account until we complete the review.

## Why is my account restricted?

Our systems continuously monitor for unusual or potentially high-risk activity. If something is flagged, we may request additional documentation to confirm that everything is in order.

This is a standard security process and does not necessarily mean you've done anything wrong.

## What do I need to do?

1. **Check your email:** We’ve sent you a message with instructions on what documents are needed.
2. **Respond promptly:** You must send the requested documentation within **10 days**.
3. **Reminder:** If we don’t receive a response after 5 days, we’ll send you a follow-up email.

## What happens if I don’t respond?

If we don’t receive the requested information within the 10-day period:

* Your account may be **permanently closed**.
* Any **open positions may be liquidated**.
* In some cases, **you may lose access to your funds**.

These actions are final and cannot be reversed.
