# My email access code expired, what should I do?

> Learn what to do if your Roxom email access code expired and how to request a new one to log in.

Roxom’s email access codes are valid for 30 minutes from the time they are sent. If your code has expired, you can request a new one easily. Follow these steps to access your account with a fresh code.

### Steps to get a new access code

    Return to the login page on the Roxom platform.

  <Step title="Request a new code">
    Enter your email address and select "Send New Code" or "Resend Code." This will prompt the system to send a new code to your email.

    Open your email inbox and locate the new access code. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your primary inbox.

  <Step title="Enter the code within 30 minutes">
    Once you receive the code, enter it promptly on the login page. Remember, each code expires 30 minutes after it is issued, so make sure to use it within this timeframe.

  * **Use a recent code**: If you requested multiple codes, make sure you use the most recent one.
  * **Check spam/junk folders**: Sometimes access codes may be filtered into spam or junk folders. Be sure to look there if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
  * **Request a new code only when necessary**: Avoid requesting multiple codes in a short time, as only the latest code will be valid.
