1. Object
The purpose of this Action is to reward eligible users who execute a qualifying One-Click Trade on any stock available on the Roxom Platform and share proof of such trade on X (Twitter), with winners determined based on the highest Profit and Loss (PNL) achieved through eligible One-Click Trades executed during the Giveaway Window, subject to the participant having complied with the sharing requirement.2. Giveaway Window
The Action begins on February 11, 2026, at the time the official announcement post is published on X (Twitter) by Roxom. The Action ends on February 18, 2026 at 16:00 UTC. Only trades executed and shared during this period will be eligible.3. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18+ who, at the time of participation:- Have a valid and active X (Twitter) account
- Have an active Roxom account with completed KYC verification
- Fully comply with these T&Cs and Roxom’s general Terms & Conditions
4. How to Participate
To participate in the Action, users must, during the Giveaway Window:- Execute one or more One-Click Trades on any stock available on the Roxom Platform.
https://rxm.sh/oneclicktrade - Share at least one (1) of their executed One-Click Trades using the native share functionality on X (Twitter), including:
- The executed One-Click Trade as generated by Roxom; and
- Tag @Roxom in the post.
- Participants may execute multiple One-Click Trades during the Giveaway Window.
- All eligible One-Click Trades executed by the participant during the Giveaway Window will be considered for ranking.
- However, only the single best PNL achieved by that participant during the Giveaway Window will be used for ranking purposes.
5. Prize Pool
The total prize pool for the Action is 250,000 satoshis (sats), distributed among three (3) winners based on the highest PNL (Profit and Loss) achieved through eligible One-Click Trades executed during the Giveaway Window, measured as of February 18, 2026 at 15:00 UTC. Prizes are distributed as follows:- 1st Place – Highest PNL: 150,000 sats
- 2nd Place – Second Highest PNL: 60,000 sats
- 3rd Place – Third Highest PNL: 40,000 sats
6. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected. Winners will be determined based on the highest PNL generated from any One-Click Trade executed by the participant during the Giveaway Window. For clarity:- Ranking will be based on the highest absolute PNL displayed on the Roxom Platform on February 18, 2026 at 15:00 UTC.
- Only the participant’s single best-performing trade will count toward ranking.
- A participant may win only one (1) prize.
- If a participant qualifies for more than one ranking position, they will be awarded the highest position only, and the subsequent ranking position(s) will be allocated to the next eligible participant.
- In the event of a tie in absolute PNL, ranking will be determined by highest percentage (%) PNL.
7. Prize Delivery
The three (3) winners will be announced via an official post on X (Twitter) following the end of the Giveaway Window. Prizes will be credited directly to the winners’ Roxom Accounts. The RoxID and/or referral code displayed in the shared One-Click Trade post will be used to identify the winner’s Roxom Account for prize delivery. Prizes will be credited to the corresponding Roxom Account within seven (7) days following the end of the Action. The Organizer may contact winners via X (DM) and/or the email address registered with Roxom for verification or clarification purposes. Any applicable taxes, fees, or reporting obligations are the sole responsibility of the winner.8. Disqualification
The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant for:- Breach of these T&Cs
- Ineligible jurisdiction or account status
- Failure to comply with participation requirements
- Use of bots, automation, or fraudulent behavior
- Manipulation of engagement metrics or virality indicators
- Any conduct contrary to Roxom policies or applicable law
9. No Financial Advice
Nothing in this Action, these T&Cs, or any related communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves risk. Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion.10. Modifications and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Action, in whole or in part, at any time, including changes to dates, mechanics, prizes, or selection criteria, due to operational, technical, legal, or market-related reasons. Any modifications will be communicated through official Roxom channels.11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Action, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, or third-party service disruptions.12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs and the Action are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Salvador, El Salvador.Términos y Condiciones – One Click Trade Hunt Challenge

1. Objeto
El propósito de esta Acción es premiar a los usuarios elegibles que ejecuten una operación válida de One-Click Trade sobre cualquier acción disponible en la Plataforma Roxom y compartan prueba de dicha operación en X (Twitter). Los ganadores se determinarán en función del mayor Profit and Loss (PNL) alcanzado mediante operaciones elegibles de One-Click Trade ejecutadas durante el Período del Sorteo, sujeto a que el participante haya cumplido con el requisito de compartir la operación.2. Período del Sorteo
La Acción comienza el 11 de febrero de 2026, en el momento en que se publique el post oficial de anuncio en X (Twitter) por parte de Roxom. La Acción finaliza el 18 de febrero de 2026 a las 16:00 UTC. Solo serán elegibles las operaciones ejecutadas y compartidas durante este período.3. Elegibilidad
La participación está abierta a personas físicas mayores de 18 años que, al momento de participar:- Tengan una cuenta válida y activa en X (Twitter)
- Tengan una cuenta activa en Roxom con verificación KYC completada
- Cumplan plenamente con los presentes Términos y Condiciones y con los Términos y Condiciones generales de Roxom
4. Cómo Participar
Para participar en la Acción, los usuarios deberán, durante el Período del Sorteo:- Ejecutar una o más operaciones de One-Click Trade sobre cualquier acción disponible en la Plataforma Roxom.
https://rxm.sh/oneclicktrade - Compartir al menos una (1) de las operaciones ejecutadas utilizando la funcionalidad nativa de compartir en X (Twitter), incluyendo:
- La operación de One-Click Trade generada por Roxom; y
- La etiqueta @Roxom en la publicación.
- Los participantes podrán ejecutar múltiples operaciones de One-Click Trade durante el Período del Sorteo.
- Todas las operaciones elegibles ejecutadas por el participante durante el Período del Sorteo serán consideradas para efectos del ranking.
- Sin embargo, únicamente el mejor PNL individual obtenido por ese participante durante el Período del Sorteo será utilizado a efectos de la clasificación.
5. Fondo de Premios
El fondo total de premios para la Acción es de 250.000 satoshis (sats), distribuidos entre tres (3) ganadores en función del mayor PNL obtenido mediante operaciones elegibles de One-Click Trade ejecutadas durante el Período del Sorteo, medido al 18 de febrero de 2026 a las 15:00 UTC.- 1° lugar – Mayor PNL: 150.000 sats
- 2° lugar – Segundo mayor PNL: 60.000 sats
- 3° lugar – Tercer mayor PNL: 40.000 sats
