What you can do on Roxom today
1. Trade BTC-settled perpetual futures (perps)
Roxom currently offers perpetual futures contracts that are settled in BTC. Perpetual futures have no expiry and allow you to open long or short positions.
Currently available perpetuals:
- GOLD/BTC perpetual
- US500/BTC perpetual
- USDT/BTC perpetual
The platform UI is the source of truth for the latest list of available markets.
2. Use One-Click Trade (Swap) for spot-style exposure
Roxom also offers One-Click Trade (Swap) for simple buy/sell execution in BTC terms.
With One-Click Trade, you can get BTC-denominated exposure to selected assets, including:
- Bitcoin treasury companies
- Traditional market exposures
- ETFs such as SPY and QQQ
Why Roxom is Bitcoin-denominated
Traditional markets are usually measured in fiat currencies. Roxom uses BTC as the base unit so you can:
- Track performance directly in Bitcoin
- Keep collateral and P&L in BTC terms
- Trade a growing set of markets without switching your account’s base currency
The Long-Term Vision for Roxom
Roxom is building toward a broader Bitcoin-native capital markets model where more asset types can be issued and traded in BTC.
Not live today (roadmap/vision):
- On-chain issuance of assets and a fully on-chain exchange model
- IPO-style issuance and corporate actions (for example, dividends) in BTC
- A broader suite of derivatives (for example, options) beyond currently supported perpetuals
As Roxom launches new capabilities, the Help Center and product UI will be updated accordingly.
