Effective Date: December 24, 2025 The action called “Roxom - Zero Fees Campaign” (hereinafter, the “Action” or “Campaign”) is organized by Roxom Markets S.A de C.V (hereinafter, the “Company” or the “Organizer”), with registered office at Cuscatlan 4312, Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, San Salvador Centro, San Salvador, El Salvador, CP 1101. The Company is registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (PSAD) under licence No. PSAD-0049 in El Salvador. Contact: [email protected]. 1. Definitions
  • “Platform” means the Roxom trading platform operated by the Company.
  • “User”means any natural person with a registered and active account on the Platform.
  • “Derivatives” means derivative trading products made available on the Platform, subject to the applicable product documentation and risk disclosures.
  • “Campaign Period” means the period during which the Action is announced and conducted, starting on December 24, 2025 and ending on January 15, 2026.
  • “RoxID Comment Window” means the limited participation period during which Users may comment their RoxID on the official X (Twitter) post published by Roxom for the Action, from December 24, 2025 until December 31, 2025, 00:00 UTC.
  • “Benefit Period” means the period starting immediately after the closing of the RoxID Comment Window and ending on January 15, 2026 at 00:00 UTC (inclusive), during which eligible Users may benefit from Zero Trading Fees in accordance with these Terms.
  • “Eligible User” means a User who meets the requirements set forth in Clause 3 and falls within one of the eligibility categories described in Clause 3.1 during the Benefit Period.
  • “Zero Trading Fees” means a 100% discount on maker and taker trading fees applicable to Derivatives traded on the Platform, excluding any other fees or costs.
2. Object This Action aims to incentivize Roxom users to share their RoxID through the official X (Twitter) campaign post. Eligible users who participate in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive 100% trading fee discounts on Roxom for a limited period. 3. Eligibility Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who:
  • hold an active Roxom account;
  • have successfully completed KYC; and
  • comply fully with these Terms and Conditions and Roxom’s applicable policies.
3.1 Eligibility Phases Participation in the Action and eligibility to benefit from Zero Trading Fees are subject to the following structure:

a) RoxID Comment Window

From the publication of the first official post on X (Twitter) by Roxom announcing the Action, until December 31, 2025 at 00:00 UTC (inclusive), Users may participate in the Action by commenting their RoxID on the official X (Twitter) post published by Roxom for this Action. Comments submitted outside this period shall not be considered valid.

b) Zero Trading Fees Benefit Window

The Zero Trading Fees benefit shall be activated immediately following the closing of the RoxID Comment Window and shall remain in effect until January 15, 2026 at 00:00 UTC (inclusive) (the “Benefit Period”). Eligibility and application of the Zero Trading Fees shall be determined exclusively by the Company’s internal systems and records, which shall be final and binding. Users who have not successfully completed KYC in accordance with the Company’s requirements shall not be eligible to receive Zero Trading Fees, even if they have commented their RoxID within the RoxID Comment Window. 4. How to Participate During the RoxID Comment Window, eligible Users must comment their RoxID on the official X (Twitter) post published by Roxom for this Action. No additional action is required from Users eligible under Clause 3.1(b)(ii). 5. Campaign Period The Campaign Period shall run from December 24, 2025 until January 15, 2026, as defined in Clause 1. The Company reserves the right to close, suspend or terminate the Action early, without prior notice. Trades executed outside the applicable Benefit Period shall not qualify for Zero Trading Fees. 6. Scope of Zero Trading Fees 6.1 Zero Trading Fees apply exclusively to maker and taker trading fees on Derivatives traded on the Platform. 6.2 The Action does not apply to, and does not eliminate or modify:
  1. funding fees, margin funding fees, financing rates or related costs;
  2. withdrawal fees, network fees or blockchain transaction fees;
  3. spreads, price differences or market volatility effects; or
  4. any other fees or charges disclosed in the applicable Fee Schedule or product documentation.
6.3 Referral Program Exclusion During the Benefit Period, trades executed under the Zero Trading Fees benefit shall not generate, accrue, or be eligible for any rewards, rebates, commissions or benefits under Roxom’s Referral Program or any similar incentive or affiliate program, as such programs are linked to the collection of trading fees. Accordingly, no referral rewards shall be calculated, credited or paid in connection with trades executed with Zero Trading Fees, and Users expressly waive any claim or expectation in this regard. 7. Application of the Benefit Eligible Users shall automatically receive Zero Trading Fees on Derivatives during the Benefit Period. The benefit is applied directly at trade execution level and does not entitle the User to any cash refund, credit or alternative compensation. The application of Zero Trading Fees does not create any vested right or expectation of continued fee discounts beyond the Benefit Period. This promotion may not be combined or stacked with any other promotions, benefits, discounts, campaigns, promotional codes, or offers, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. 8. Fraud, Manipulation and Prohibited Conduct 8.1  Any attempt to manipulate the Campaign, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, wash trading, spoofing, collusion between Users, self-trading, or any other abusive or fraudulent behavior, is strictly prohibited. 8.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any User who:
  1. fails to meet the eligibility requirements;
  2. provides false or misleading information; or
  3. breaches these Terms and Conditions or Roxom policies.
9. Taxes and Fees 9.1  Any taxes, withholdings, reporting obligations, or additional costs that may arise are the sole responsibility of the User. 10. Risks and No Investment Advice 10.1 Participation in the Action does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation or an endorsement by the Company. 10.2 Zero Trading Fees do not reduce or eliminate market risk. Users remain fully exposed to price volatility, liquidation risk, funding costs and other risks inherent to Derivatives trading. 11. Data Protection 11.1 The processing of personal data in connection with the Campaign will be carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy available at   https://docs.roxom.com/legal/privacy-policy 11.2 By participating in the Campaign, the User authorizes the Company to process their data for the purposes of managing participation, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, and complying with legal and regulatory obligations. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for:
  1. Any losses resulting from the User’s trading decisions or the application of Zero Trading Fees.
  2. Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Platform, provided the Company has taken reasonable measures to restore service.
  3. Technical failures, force majeure events, internet or telecommunications issues that affect participation in the Campaign.
12. Changes, Suspension and Termination 12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. 12.2 Participation in the Campaign after the publication of changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. All times and dates specified in connection with this promotion are expressed in UTC time (UTC+0), unless expressly stated otherwise. 
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These T&Cs and the Action are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Salvador, El Salvador, waiving any other forum, for any dispute arising from or related to this Action and these T&Cs.
