If you’re unable to withdraw crypto from your Roxom account, there are a few common reasons that could explain it — and most are easy to resolve. This article walks you through each possibility and how to fix it.
This guide assumes your account is already verified. If your account verification is still pending, you won’t be able to use deposit or withdrawal features for any currency.

1. You haven’t set up a strong security method

Crypto withdrawals require at least one strong security method to be active:
  • Passkey (recommended), or
  • Authenticator App (OTP)
Your email OTP is enabled by default, but it’s not enough on its own. Go to Account → Security and activate one of the supported methods to unlock withdrawals. Learn more about security settings for withdrawals.

2. You recently changed your security settings

If you remove a security method (such as disabling your Passkey or deleting your Authenticator App), Roxom will temporarily block all crypto withdrawals for 24 hours as a safety measure. Adding or updating a security method does not trigger this cooldown. The restriction only applies when a method is actively removed. During this cooldown:
  • You won’t be able to access the withdrawal screen for any currency.
  • No additional action is required. The lock lifts automatically.

3. Your funds are in the wrong account

Withdrawals can only be made from your Funding Account. If your funds are in your Unified Trading Account, you’ll need to transfer them first. In your Funding Account, click Transfer to move the funds.
This applies to all currencies — BTC, USDC, and USDT must all be in the Funding Account before they can be withdrawn.

4. You’ve reached your daily withdrawal limit

Roxom enforces a daily withdrawal limit of 5 BTC. This limit applies to all currencies combined — if you withdraw USDC or USDT, the amount is converted to its BTC equivalent at the current market price and deducted from your limit. If you’ve already reached the limit today, you’ll need to wait until it resets at 00:00 UTC. Learn more about how the withdrawal limit works.

5. Your account is under review

If your activity was flagged by our risk monitoring system (e.g., interactions with high-risk wallets), your account may be temporarily restricted from all withdrawals. You’ll receive an email from compliance@roxom.com if any additional verification is needed. Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder. Responding promptly can help speed up the review process.
