To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at Roxom, you’ll need to upload a valid identification document. Here’s everything you need to know:

Who can complete KYC at Roxom?

  • You must be 18 years or older to register and verify your identity.
  • You’ll need to provide one of the following valid documents:
    • Passport
    • National Identity Card (DNI)

Important guidelines for your document:

To ensure your verification goes smoothly, make sure that:
  • The document is clearly visible and readable (no blurriness, glare, or shadows).
  • The document is valid and not expired.
  • All four corners of the document are visible in the photo.
  • The information is complete and matches your account details (name, date of birth, etc.).
  • The photo is in color (black and white copies won’t be accepted).
For passports, ensure the entire identification page (with your photo and personal details) is visible. For ID, both the front and back sides may be required, depending on your country.

Tips for taking a good photo:

  • Use a flat surface and good natural lighting.
  • Avoid reflections or covering any part of the document with your fingers.
  • Make sure the text and photo on the document are crystal clear.
