To comply with applicable laws and regulations, Roxom applies two different types of restrictions:
  1. Restrictions based on your country of residence (where you live)
  2. Restrictions based on your nationality or passport (citizenship)
These are evaluated separately during verification (KYC).
Important distinction
  • If a country is restricted by residence, you can’t use Roxom only if you currently live there.
  • If a country is restricted by nationality, you can’t use Roxom regardless of where you live.
Being born in a restricted country does not automatically make you ineligible.

How eligibility is determined

Eligibility is determined during verification (KYC) based on:
  • Your verified country of residence
  • Your nationality / passport
Both are checked independently.
