To keep your account secure, Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit for Bitcoin (BTC). This article explains how it works, when it resets, and how to request a temporary increase if needed.

Daily withdrawal limit

Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit to help protect your account and comply with international regulations.
  • For individual users, the limit is 5 BTC per day.
  • For institutional accounts, the limit is 20 BTC per day.
This applies to all withdrawals made from your Funding Account to an external wallet.

How to read your withdrawal limit

When you open the Withdraw Crypto screen, you’ll see a panel labeled Daily Withdrawal Limit on the right. This shows:
  • Your remaining limit for the current day
  • Your total daily limit
  • A progress bar that changes color based on how much you’ve used
Here’s how to interpret it:

Can I increase my withdrawal limit?

Yes — you can request a temporary increase, but only if your BTC balance exceeds your current daily limit.
  • If you have a personal account and hold 5 BTC or more, you’ll be able to request a temporary increase.
  • If you have an institutional account and hold 20 BTC or more, you’ll also be eligible to request a higher limit.

How the request process works

Clicking the button opens a modal. If your balance is eligible, you’ll see the option to Chat with Roxy, our AI agent. Roxy will:
  1. Ask you to confirm your request.
  2. Ask for supporting information (such as proof of funds or income).
  3. Create a support ticket so our team can review and increase your limit as soon as possible.
If your BTC balance is below your current daily limit (5 BTC or 20 BTC depending on your account type), the option to proceed will be disabled.
