To help keep accounts secure and comply with applicable regulations, Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit for Bitcoin (BTC). This article explains how the withdrawal limit works and how to view it in your account.

Daily withdrawal limit

Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit to protect user accounts and comply with international regulations. For individual users, the daily withdrawal limit is 5 BTC per day. This limit applies to all withdrawals made from your Funding Account to an external wallet. The daily limit resets automatically every day.

How to read your withdrawal limit

When you open the Withdraw Crypto screen, you’ll see a panel labeled Daily Withdrawal Limit on the right. This shows:
  • Your remaining limit for the current day
  • Your total daily limit
  • A progress bar that changes color based on how much you’ve used
Here’s how to interpret it:
ColorUsageStatus
🟩 Green100% – 67%Plenty of limit remaining
🟨 Yellow66% – 34%You’ve used a significant portion
🟥 Red33% – 0%Limit nearly or fully used

Can I increase my withdrawal limit?

Yes, you can request a temporary increase, but only if your BTC balance exceeds your current daily limit.
  • If you have a personal account and hold 5 BTC or more, you’ll be able to request a temporary increase.

How the request process works

If a temporary increase option is available to you, you’ll see it when attempting to withdraw. When you request an increase:
  • You’ll be guided to chat with Roxy, our AI assistant
  • Roxy may ask you to confirm your request
  • You may be asked to provide supporting information (for example, proof of funds)
  • A support ticket will be created for review by the Roxom team
If your BTC balance is below the daily withdrawal limit, the option to request an increase will not be available.
