Daily withdrawal limit
Roxom applies a daily withdrawal limit to help protect your account and comply with international regulations.- For individual users, the limit is 5 BTC per day.
- For institutional accounts, the limit is 20 BTC per day.
How to read your withdrawal limit
When you open the Withdraw Crypto screen, you’ll see a panel labeled Daily Withdrawal Limit on the right. This shows:- Your remaining limit for the current day
- Your total daily limit
- A progress bar that changes color based on how much you’ve used

|---|---|---|
| 🟩 Green | 100% – 67% | Plenty of limit remaining |
| 🟨 Yellow | 66% – 34% | You’ve used a significant portion |
| 🟥 Red | 33% – 0% | Limit nearly or fully used |
Can I increase my withdrawal limit?
Yes — you can request a temporary increase, but only if your BTC balance exceeds your current daily limit.- If you have a personal account and hold 5 BTC or more, you’ll be able to request a temporary increase.
- If you have an institutional account and hold 20 BTC or more, you’ll also be eligible to request a higher limit.
How the request process works
Clicking the button opens a modal. If your balance is eligible, you’ll see the option to Chat with Roxy, our AI agent. Roxy will:- Ask you to confirm your request.
- Ask for supporting information (such as proof of funds or income).
- Create a support ticket so our team can review and increase your limit as soon as possible.
